A   Message from the Board of Directors....

 

The Balance Rock Condominium Association's Board of Directors consists of seven elected members.

 

The members of the Board of Directors are dedicated volunteers, who have committed ourselves to the continuous improvement of the Balance Rock community. 

 

The main objective of the Board of directors, is to provide a "checks and balance" system between the Balance Rock Condominium Association and the Property Management Company.

 

We take this task very seriously, and with hard work, your input and cooperation, we will accomplish our goal, of making "Balance Rock", a healthy and sound community, one that we can all be proud to call home.

Balance Rock Condominium

  1. -Owners Meeting August 26 Clubhouse, 6:30 PM

  2. -The first 15 minutes of the meeting is the open portion for the public.  If you have any issues or concerns, this will be the only portion of the meeting that you will be able to air your concerns.  The Board is not obligated during this portion to respond to your requests.  You are welcome to stay for the remainder of the meeting but no comments can be accepted from the public.  The public will be asked to leave the meeting during the Executive Session portion.
